But seriously though. My biggest and first priority with the development of Simplify Your Life has been to find a protein shake to include. Those that know me well know I've got high expectations from my protein shake!

I wanted it to be Made in Australia, be affordable as I fully get the cost of living right now, but it also needed to be the best quality I could find. I also had a bunch of other non-negotiables so there's a LOT out there that was a hard no from me. I've put together a few tips here in this free download for you all to grab.

I've spent many hundreds of hours of the last several months researching, sourcing, reading ingredients, trawling through websites and testing many different ones myself. As a result my garden is a jungle as you can see. 😅

I'm very close to my selection, have registered the business name, have been approved for wholesale access to my absolute top choice of suppliers and just waiting for that to arrive to put it to the test before I reveal the finer details of how the box will look.

That's the thing with what I'm creating here, you won't ever get anything I haven't tried and tested myself and I'm really excited to create something really special together, thank you for being here from the start.
